Ha Vu is a very pretty girl. She has been working for this company for five years. Colleagues joining later have chance for promotion but her position remains. She feels unfair.

Then one day, Ha Vu faces to the risk of dismissal. She come to meet the boss to question him.

“Have I ever been late or left early, or violated the company rules?”

He answered straightly:  "No".

“So the company have prejudice against me?"

“Surprisingly, he said “of course not.”

“Why those less experienced than me are preferred, while I remain in insignificant role?"

For a few moments, the boss was speechless, then he smiled saying.” Ok, we will discuss your matter later. Now I have an important job to do, please help me deal with it first. A partner is about to visit us for surveying our product. You please contact them and ask when they come.”

"What important it is." Before leaving she dropped a ridicule.

15 minutes later, she turned back to the boss office:

"Have you contacted them?" asked the boss.

“ I did, they said they would come next week.”

"What date?" he asked.

"I have not asked them."

"How many people will come?"

“Oh, you don’t get me to ask this!"

“How do they come, by train or by plane?"

“You don’t’ tell me to ask this question also!"

He said nothing more, then he called Thanh Minh to come.

Thanh Minh joined the company one year after Ha Vu, she is now leader of a department. Thanh Minh was assigned same as Ha Vu.

After that, Thanh Minh came back. "The point is…" she said: " Our partner will take the flight at 3pm, next Friday, and ETA is 6pm, including 5 members headed by Mr. Toan, Material Department Director. I told him our company will assign driver to pick them up.”

“Moreover, they intend to do the survey in 2 days, when they come, they will discuss with us specific schedule.

For convenience, I suggest arranging their accommodation in the International Hotel right near here, if you agree, I will book the rooms beforehand tomorrow.”

"One thing more, it is forecasted to be rainy next week, so I will keep contact with them regularly, if any changes I will report you shortly."

Ha Vu stands by side in shyness, silence, coming back to her office.

That evening, she received a message from the President:

Principle 7: The only cause makes us feel ambitious is: During the time we should have attempted, should have worked very hard, we spent too much time thinking but doing nothing!
