CORPORATE MEETING – POLICY IN 2019

On 24 & 25 January, 2019, the Corporate Meeting was hosted in Ho Chi Minh City with attendants of Board of Directors, Branch Directors and key members of the Corporate Office to discuss about business plan and strategies for 2019. New policy and instructions are issued to raise up our business performance for sustainable development:

• 100% use of BFSone for VN offices; customized IT for oversea offices
• Priority to consign shipments to internal office in Bee Group. Support Oversea offices;
• Enhancing joint sales activities, especially Vietnam and oversea offices;
• Internal Sales Policy (to be issued);
• Group Pricing – consolidation to get better rates from key shipping lines
• Support for developing new services – including new departments under the Corporate Office: key account, project & chartering, US Trade lane;
• Consolidation of HR, IT and Training system;
• Agency development: encouraging use of agent with reciprocal business.
• Changes to Vision, Mission of the Company;
• One Circle Logistics Korea – OCL is treated as Bee’s strategic partner, as a member of Bee Group.
